Who we are
Sonaris Medical is the public-facing brand of Medical Imaging Group, LLC. This policy describes how we handle information submitted through our public website.
Information you provide
Our inquiry forms collect your name, email address, contact type, and message. The partnership planner also collects the school or program, cohort size, preferred location and start date, duration or hours, and requirements you choose to submit. Please do not submit patient information, medical records, or private student records.
How we use it
We use inquiry details to respond to your questions, discuss training needs, and coordinate our relationship with you. Submitted inquiries are stored in the website’s database. We also send submitted inquiry details through FormSubmit to deliver email notifications to our partnership team. Hosting providers may process technical request information needed to operate and protect the website.
AI partnership assistant
When AI chat is available and you send a question, your conversation is processed by OpenAI to generate answers and draft inquiry details. Contact details entered in the separate inquiry form are not included in the AI request. We request that responses are not stored through the OpenAI Responses API; provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. The website does not save the chat transcript to its inquiry database. Only the details you review and submit are saved as an inquiry.
AI answers may be inaccurate. Sonaris team confirms availability, pricing, schedules, and placements. The assistant does not reserve capacity or make commitments. Technical usage counters help limit misuse.
Access and questions
To ask about your information or request its deletion, email partnerships@themriacademy.com.
Student records
Student accounts and clinical education records are accessed through the separate secure Sonaris portal. Your school and Sonaris coordinator can assist with questions about training records.
